Ingredients:
Lemon Balm, Peppermint, Ginger, Mullein, Stevia, Fenugreek, Lavender, Chamomile, St. John’s Wort
Directions: Place 1 tsp in a tea strainer or tea bag. Use 1 tsp/ 8 oz. cup of water. Boil water in kettle. Pour over your tea strainer into your favorite teacup. Cover and allow to steep for 5-7 minutes. Sweeten with your favorite sweetener…. I LOVE agave nectar. You may also add the Seed + Soul Immunity Tincture (also on the site) to the tea for an extra boost of immunity and deliciousness.
